Cornelis Elandt, also known as Elands, Elants or Elandts, was a surveyor, cartographer, printmaker, painter and draftwman from the Dutch city of the Hague, who lived from 1641 to 1687.

He was a son of Johannes Elandt and Johanna Bastiaensdr. He was related to the engraver Hendrick Elandt as well. He was known to often work on behalf of the Hague city council and the Delfland. For these governments he produced a lot of maps. In addition to this, his portfolio consists of landscapes and cityscapes. Many prints of his hand on which he often depicted castles and estates are still preserved today. His most represented areas concern the fields surrounding the city of The Hague.

In the city of The Hague today, the Elandstraat and the Eland square in the renowned Zeeheldenkwartier are known to be named after him. The street runs from the Piethein square to the Waldeck Pyrmontkade.
