Tullio Alemanni was born in Acquaro, Calibria. He moved to Piedmont. Tullio Alemanni graduated from the Albertina Academy in Turin and started from 1928, an intense artistic activity.
He worked mainly in Piedmont, in Lombardy, and in Calabria. The artist took part in the four-year programs in Turin, at the biennial art exhibitions in Novara. As well in the annual exhibitions at the Promoter of Fine Arts in Turin. He held several personal exhibitions in Piedmont, Lombardy, Valle d'Aosta and Liguria.
After the war the Alemanni settled in Ivrea, where he was active until 1 April 1983, the day he died.
