Marina B., stands for Marina Bulgari of the famous Bulgari family. Bulgari, stylised as BVLGARI, is an Italian jewelry and luxury goods brand producing jewelry, watches, accessories, fragrances and hotels among other things. The brand of Bulgari was founded in 1884 by Sotir Bulgari (1857–1932). The company was originally led with help of Sotirs two sons, Constantino and Giorgio. In 1966, Giorgio's son Gianni Bulgari took over the firm, together with his cousin Marina Bulgari as co-chief executive.
Marina Bulgari, who of course had already made name at the time, established a luxury brand of her own in the year 1978. The current creative director of Marina B. is known as Giorgio Bulgari(1977). Through this, he extends the heritage of the brand founded by his aunt Marina.
