23 cm. - Sobre el artistaMaurice Maignan (1868, Neufchâtel-en-Bray, Seine-Maritime, Francia -1946, París) fue un escultor francés que trabajó en estilo Art Nouveau. Los materiales que utilizó son bronce y mármol. Era un artista de mentalidad social, como se desprende de su publicación Économie esthétique; la question sociale sera résolue par l’esthétique (París, Éditions de l’art décoratif, 1912). Los restos de su cuerpo han sido enterrados en el columbario de Père-Lachaise en París.
