Sobre artista
O esmalte Camille Fauré nasceu em Perigeux em 1827. Fauré fez um estágio antes de abrir sua própria oficina em Limoges, onde trabalhou por mais de cinquenta anos. Ele se tornou Limoges ', há muito nomeado para seus esmaltes, o artista mais talentoso. Em 1925 expôs na Exposição Internacional de Paris que deu nome à Art Déco. Seus primeiros trabalhos envolviam padrões florais e figurativos maiores, muitas vezes em cores ricas e apareciam em vários produtos como vasos, cinzeiros, caixas e tigelas. Seus desenhos geométricos posteriores o destacaram como um grande esmaltador criativo do estilo Art Déco. Eles podem ser reconhecidos por meio de padrões estilizados em tons de azul, vermelho, laranja e amarelo, acentuados com pretos. Fauré faleceu em 1944.
