In the Domburg gallery Het Noorderlicht, Studio 2000 organizes an annual summer exhibition with works of art by Jan Toorop, Jan Sluijters, Maurice Góth, Ferdinand Hart Nibbrig, Lucie van Dam van Isselt, Isaac Israels and many others. The now traditional summer salons recall the artistic climate in Domburg at the beginning of the twentieth century, when Jan Toorop brought dozens of artists to Zeeland with his Domburg exhibitions. The work of this Symbolist master, as well as that of his contemporaries and artists who stayed with him in Domburg, are extensively discussed.
