The artwork you sent me is indeed titled "Speak, See and Hear No Evil" and was created by Theo Mackaay. It's a colorful hand-painted piece featuring two women, one wearing a mask, standing side-by-side in front of a cityscape.

While the title "Speak, See and Hear No Evil" traditionally refers to three monkeys, Mackaay's artwork offers a different perspective by depicting two women, one of whom is masked. This could be interpreted in a number of ways, but it likely prompts the viewer to consider the concept of good and evil in a more nuanced way than the traditional proverb.

The vibrant colors and expressive brushstrokes in the painting add to its emotional impact. The use of a mask is also intriguing, as it can be seen as a symbol of mystery, secrecy, or even hidden identities.

Overall, "Speak, See and Hear No Evil" is a thought-provoking artwork that invites viewers to contemplate the complexities of good and evil, as well as the role that masks play in our society.
