Anthony Keizer

Anthony Keizer was a mostly autodidact Dutch painter from Meppel. Initially a shopkeeper, Keizer started taking drawing lessons in Amsterdam and soon joined artists societies Arti et Amicitiae and Sint Lucas in the 1920's. where he joined expositions. Landscapes were amongst the most popular subjects of his paintings and drawings.
