Justus Danckerts I (Amsterdam, 11 November 1635 – 16 July 1701) was a Dutch engraver and print publisher, active during the heyday of the Dutch Golden Age. He belonged to the renowned Danckerts family, which specialized in cartography and print production and became one of the leading publishers of geographical maps and atlases in the Dutch Republic.

Justus Danckerts I worked both as an engraver and publisher, playing a key role in the production and distribution of maps, cityscapes, and decorative prints. The Danckerts family's publications were renowned for their craftsmanship, accuracy, and aesthetic quality and were sold throughout Europe. Within the family business, Justus contributed to consolidating the firm's reputation as a reliable source of geographical knowledge at a time when trade, maritime navigation, and colonial expansion were booming.

His work reflects the close interweaving of art, science and commerce that characterised Amsterdam's print and map industry in the 17th century.
