  Yan Lei is born in Handan, Hebei in 1983.
  
  In 2002, he graduated from the Fine Arts Department of Hebei Quzhou Normal School. In 2006, he graduated from the Sculpture Department of Hebei Normal University with a bachelor’s degree.
  
  Now he lives in Beijing and is a freelance artist.
  
  His bronzes are telling the story that Yan Lei believes very much in that human mankind destroys step by step the globe but due to the strong sense of surviving people create a new world were humans beings are living like astronauts

  Yan Lei est né à Handan, Hebei en 1983.

  En 2002, il est diplômé du département des beaux-arts de l'école normale de Hebei Quzhou. En 2006, il est diplômé du département de sculpture de l'Université normale du Hebei avec un baccalauréat.

  Il vit maintenant à Pékin et est un artiste indépendant.

  Ses bronzes racontent l'histoire que Yan Lei croit beaucoup en ce que l'humanité humaine détruit pas à pas le globe, mais en raison du fort sentiment que les survivants créent un nouveau monde où les êtres humains vivent comme des astronautes.
