  • Over kunstenaar

    Geboren in 1965 in Purmerend, woont en werkt hij in Heerhugowaard, in de provincie Noord-Holland.

    Patrick studeerde af aan de Koninklijke Academie van Beeldende Kunsten (KABK) in Den Haag en won ook de Winsor & Newton Eerste Prijs en de Caran d’Ache Tweede Prijs.

    Sindsdien exposeert hij in binnen- en buitenland. Patrick's recente werken hebben door de jaren heen zijn unieke stijl ontwikkeld en zijn 3D-versies van drijvende landschappen op oude porseleinen borden, die hij landschapssculpturen noemt, waarbij hij vaak de bonsaiboompjes gebruikt als structurele basis voor zijn dramatische, mysterieuze en speelse taferelen.

    Veel van zijn kunstwerken maken deel uit van prestigieuze privécollecties in Europa, Zuid-Korea en de VS.
