William Rainey (1852-1936) è stato un artista e illustratore britannico intorno al 1900. Ha studiato alla South Kensington School of Art e alla Royal Academy Schools. Fu un noto pittore di acquerelli e illustratore di libri, vincendo medaglie alle mostre di Chicago (1893) e Parigi (1900).
