Lucien Seevagen

Lucien Seevagen was a French artist born in 1887, known for his extensive production of landscapes, city scapes and seascapes. With a preference for nature and an eye for composition, works of his hand, whether they be oil paintings or watercolour paintings, seem to always be well-balanced. The great skill of Seevagen is present in the way he tends to capture the atmosphere of a scene and the impact of nature. In 1959, Lucien Seevagen passed away.
