  • About the artist

Max van Alphen, born in 1975 in Tilburg, started creating paintings with charcoal, chalk and oil paint in 2000. Over time he turned to graffiti and airbrush art. In recent years he has also delved into photo (pop) art, using acrylic paint, professional spray cans, paint rollers, molds and stencils. He mastered most of these techniques through self-study. He finds his inspiration in everyday things.

His primary focus is on capturing works of art through luxury airbrush art. He also applies modern photo art techniques with rich color palettes to create unique dream images. Max works on his works of art impulsively and without a preconceived plan. It is always a challenge for him to effectively realize the images that arise in his head on canvas or another surface.
