Joannis Jacobus Bijlaert (Rotterdam, August 18, 1734 - Leiden, April 2, 1809, name variations Jan Jacob Bylaerd, Jan Jacob Bylaert, Joannis Jacobus Bylaert) was a Dutch painter, draftsman, watercolorist and copyist. He was also an etcher, reproduction graphic artist and engraver. His subjects included landscapes and cityscapes.
