A symbol of life, death, and everything in between — refracted through the high-gloss lens of contemporary art. - About the artist
This story begins as a modern tale where passions and talents intertwine to create something unique. The couple, each with their own baggage of creativity and experiences, seemed destined to meet to unleash their full artistic potential.
She, with her love for skulls, street art and pop art, had inherited a particular sensitivity for objects and the stories they tell, coming from her family heritage as the daughter of a second-hand dealer and antique dealer. Each object, each piece of art, for her, was not only a work, but a relic loaded with history, a fragment of the past to be reinterpreted in the present.
He, for his part, had a more technical and structured approach. From a young age, he already showed a fascination for design by customizing motorcycles with meticulous know-how. He mastered the art of laminating resins, casting and silicone molding, techniques that allowed him to create unique models, combining functionality and aesthetics. His path had naturally led him to architecture, where he immersed himself in the creation of spaces and forms, following in his father’s footsteps.
Their paths eventually crossed, as if it were obvious, each bringing to the other what the other lacked. Together, they found the perfect balance between art and technique, between the old and the modern, between raw expression and mastered form. They inspired each other, each pushing the other to go further, to experiment, to think outside the box.
