Jürgen Leippert, born in 1944, is a German painter known for his expressive-realistic style. He trained with Alfred Lehmann in Stuttgart and developed into an internationally oriented artist.
Leippert mainly paints 'en plein air', working directly outdoors to capture the atmosphere and impressions of the moment. His work is characterized by a dynamic use of color and a lively brushwork, with which he tries to capture the essence of his subjects.
He has participated in various painting festivals in the Netherlands and has captured various street and cityscapes there. His paintings often show a search for balance and harmony, influenced by the constantly changing light and the environment.
Leippert's work is included in various collections and has been exhibited both at home and abroad. His constant striving for perfection and his ability to capture the essence of the moment make him a remarkable figure in contemporary painting.
